MOVE your mouse around to add some extra randomness... ...
OR type some random characters into the textbox below...
You may skip this step if you do not plan to use the random key generator.
Step 1. Download this entire website and run it locally in your browser!
First step is to download this entire website from Github. Disconnect your computer from the internet and then open the paperwallet.html file in your browser.
Step 2. Generate new address
Start moving the mouse around to add randomness as your address is being generated. You can also "Skip" this process if you wish.
Step 3. Print the Paper Wallet
Click the Paper Wallet tab and print the page on high quality setting. Never save the page as a PDF file to print it later since a file is more likely to be hacked than a piece of paper.
Step 4. Fold the Paper Wallet
Fold your new Paper wallet following the lines.
You can insert one side inside the other to lock the wallet.
Step 5. Share your public address
Use your public address to receive money from other people. You can share your public address anywhere, it is entirely safe to do so.
Step 6. Keep your private key secret
The private key is literally the keys to your coins, if someone was to obtain it, they could withdraw the funds currently in the wallet, and any funds that might be deposited in that wallet. Keep your wallet details somewhere safe, a lost private key = lost funds.
Please test all Paper Wallets by only sending a small amount to them before sending or receiving any large payments.
